About the Presenter:

Bill Ruttledge was a recipient of a Kemper Insurance Foundation Education Scholarship and enjoyed a 40+ year career as a commercial insurance broker with three international brokers. He also served 15 years as instructor and later as director of Insurance Continuing Education programs with St. Louis (MO) Community College. Mr. Ruttledge is a Past Chairman of the Vancouver (WA) Chapter of SCORE and is a Course Leader for SCORE Business Finance and Business Planning seminars.
