CJ Aguon, Business Lending Officer
Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC)

CJ believes every entrepreneur deserves someone in their corner. With a background in community banking, financial counseling, and notary services, he helps business owners navigate the lending process from application to closing.

Before joining Fourth Plain Forward, he spent several years at Unitus Credit Union helping hundreds of members build financial confidence and access the financing they needed. In 2025, CJ drove over half a million dollars in capital to Clark County small businesses and is passionate about connecting entrepreneurs with the guidance, resources, and funding they need to succeed.

Wil Fuentes, Operations Manager & Business Lending Officer (Spanish)

With more than 20 years of experience in education and community development, Wil serves as both Fourth Plain Forward's Operations Manager and Spanish-speaking Business Lending Officer. He works closely with entrepreneurs to expand access to capital while helping strengthen the organization's day-to-day operations.

Wil holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Western Oregon University and a bachelor's degree in Community Development from Portland State University. He also serves on several local boards, advocating for equity, housing, and financial inclusion throughout the region.
