This program provides financial support to eligible small business owners in Clark County, Washington, outside the City of Vancouver limits. to help strengthen and grow their businesses.

Funding may be used for business-related needs such as equipment, tools, marketing, licensing, or other essential expenses.

Participants are required to complete program requirements, including business training sessions, to receive funding.

Funding is limited and subject to availability.

How It Works

  1. 1. Submit an application

    ‍ ‍ Complete the online application to be considered for the program.

    2. Meet eligibility requirements

    Applications will be reviewed based on program criteria, including:

    - Business location in Clark County, outside of Vancouver city limits

    - Income eligibility requirements

    3. Complete required training

    Selected participants must attend a minimum of four (4) business workshops as part of the program.

    4. Receive funding

    Participants who complete all program requirements may receive financial support, subject to eligibility and funding availability.

This program is designed for small business owners in Clark County, Washington, outside the City of Vancouver limits who need financial support to start or grow their business.

Priority may be given to businesses that require tools, equipment, licensing, or other essential resources to operate and expand.

Basic Eligibility & Program Requirements

To participate in Financial Support for Small Business Owners in Clark County, Washington, you must:

✔ Be at least 18 years old

✔ Have a business address in Clark County outside of City of Vancouver limits verify location HERE).

✔If planning to start a business in Clark County, applicant must reside in Clark County, outside of City of Vancouver limits.

✔Meet income eligibility requirements

‍ ‍ (at or below 80% Area Median Income – AMI)

✔Attend a minimum of four (4) 2026 required business workshops

✔Complete a basic business plan or business outline

✔Use any awarded funds for approved business-related expenses

(such as tools, equipment, marketing, or licensing)

Application Requirements:

-Submit your business information through our online application.

- Verify eligibility

- Provide basic documentation such as proof of income and residency.

- Attend required workshops, Participate in a minimum of four (4) business training sessions.

- Stay engaged in the program. Selected participants will be expected to actively participate and complete program requirements.
