About the Presenter:

Joe Quirk is a Business management professional with nearly 40 years of experience in both private and public business sectors, He has  worked in both large corporate and regional business enterprises at the management and executive level, primarily as a CFO. His technical expertise as a business professional is in Finance and Accounting. 
Joe graduated from Idaho State University in 1978 with a BBA degree in Accounting; was certified and licensed to practice as a CPA in August of 1979 in Idaho; later in Washington, and retired as a CPA in 2020. His industry experience includes manufacturing and production, construction and general contracting, software systems (primarily accounting), public sector higher education, financial investment and business consulting.
